He has focused on providing structured funding solutions in the wholesale lending market, prior to establishing the company Rahul's background was in delivering key projects, strategic planning and general management for telecommunication glants like Ericsson and Hutchinson Telcom.
Clayton Collins Chief Operations Officer
Clayton has spent the best part of his career working at the National Australia Bank. Clayton worked in business banking structuring large commercial transactions for high net worth individuals, and managing large portfolio's of consumer and business client base. Clayton is the financial controller for the Leagcy group and further manages the commercial origination for the group.
Darren Prins Head of Credit
Darren has spent the last 10 years working for the National Australia Bank in business banking. Darren gained vital experience in risk, debt management and compliance. His focus was to grow the assets under management and operate a proftable funding program whilst addressing risk for each transaction. Darren's responsibilites at Legacy include managing the underwriting team and implementing compliance and credit procedures.
Guy Whelan Genaral Manager 3rd Party Distribution
Guy has a range of experience, from mortgage management to wholesale funding. Previously head of mortgage management at ING bank, he managed a large portfolio of mortgage managers as well as the banks wholesale program. Guy's most recent role prior to Legacy Financial was as National Sales Manager for Mobius. There he facilitated the growth of wholesale program and established key relationship with mortgage managers.
